STAINLESS STEEL COOKING CHAMBER.
A thickness of 12/10, its flatness and its geometry guarantee a perfect air distribution. The components of the cooking chamber are assembled by a TIG weld bead that allows absolute waterproofing. Its diamond-tipped profile prevents warping over time.
The insulation materials remain stable and efficient throughout the life of the furnace. Our tests show that the outer walls of the oven remain at a maximum temperature of 20ºC (68ºF) above the ambient temperature of the workshop. This is possible thanks to the choice of the best materials (stabilized and reinforced glass wool 45 mm thick).
DOUBLE TREATED GLASS.
The double glass, each 6 mm thick, allows natural ventilation that reduces the surface temperature thus avoiding burns.
CONTROLLED AIR FLOW AND HEAT.
The air flow is controlled for homogeneous cooking: the ventilation is designed to adapt to the cooking chamber. The turbines are equipped with 36 or 40 blades to adapt to the different oven formats. They are perfectly dimensioned, 60 to 100 mm depending on the model. Heat is distributed through the side walls and is collected by the suction system at the bottom of the cooking chamber.
Available as an option, the EDrive control is a 60 × 100 mm (4.5 ”) touch screen built into the front of the oven. It allows to process 100 programs.
AUTOWASH, SELF-CLEANING OVENS.
Available on request, the “AutoWash” function allows you to start a wash cycle in the cooking chamber that takes place in 5 steps: pre-wash / wash / pre-rinse / rinse / dry. The water injection is carried out through 3 nozzles located on the roof of the cooking chamber so that the oven is always impeccable.
The furnace lining sheets are customizable. This EPOXY finish is particularly resistant and easy to maintain. Applied on a stainless steel support, it adds a touch that reinforces the character of the oven and is a decorative element that harmoniously fits into your establishment.
